- A National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management / Development or related field as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 1 year experience in Training and Development. A valid driver’s license. COMPETENCIES: KNOWLEDGE – Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Knowledge of the department Strategy. Knowledge of human resource management. ATTIBUTES- Self- Driven. Innovative. Team Player. Adaptable.
- Make logistical arrangements pertaining to the implementation of training interventions as per training plan. Arrange and prepare training material for training interventions. Update database of service providers. Render secretarial support services. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the sub-directorate as and when required. Process claims when required. Prepare petty cash for sub directorate. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events. Coordinate leave for the directorate. Maintain and manage the attendance register. Coordinate payments of all invoices received. Maintain filing system. Register all training programmes on the database. Maintain records keeping and filing system on regular basis. Record flow of correspondence on a daily basis. Open training administration & logistics files. Handling of the customer queries. Ensure that acknowledgement of receipt letters as well as approval and rejection letters are communicated to clients with turnaround times. Maintain good relations with internal and external clients.
