Requirements :

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management / Development or related filed as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 1 year experience in Career Development. A valid driver’s license. COMPETENCIES: KNOWLEDGE- Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Knowledge of the department Strategy. Knowledge of human resource management. ATTIBUTES- Self- Driven. Innovative. Team Player. Adaptable.

Duties :

  • Provide professional support to the assistance director to facilitate management and implementation of internship, learnership and mentoring programmes. Maintain the unit’s appointment and meetings. Register, receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence in the unit. Respond to correspondence of routine nature. Prepare and review memorandums, submissions, letters and presentations. File all relevant documentation for record purposes. Assist with the compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual evaluation reports. Provide advice to stakeholders regarding career development programmes. Organise meetings and workshops. Prepare meeting documents. Record minutes during meetings and workshops.
